About
Scott and Carla own Lowcountry Kitchen, a full-service caterer in Bluffton cooking under chef Anders Graham, who was raised on Myrtle Island just outside town and came up through kitchens rather than through a catering company.
The offer is wider than food. Menu design is the core of it, but the company also arranges rentals, supplies and manages event staff, recommends other vendors and runs the bar programme it calls Libations, covering cocktails, wine pairings and beer flights. For a couple marrying somewhere without a house caterer, that consolidation is the practical argument: one contract instead of four.
Their published work is a useful check on range. Alongside weddings the portfolio carries the Palmetto Bluff art show, the Bluffton town Christmas party and corporate events for regional businesses, which is the sort of calendar that keeps a kitchen busy year-round rather than only in wedding season.
The wedding photographs are the food and the room together: passed prosciutto and peach, plated salads on burlap and gold, a reception table under Lowcountry oaks. No pricing is published. Menus are built per event, so an enquiry through the site or a call gets a quote.
