Catering by Debbi Covington

Debbi Covington moved to Beaufort, South Carolina in 1991 and started her catering company in 1997. A self-taught chef, she has since published three cookbooks, among them Celebrate Beaufort and Dining Under the Carolina Moon, the first of which won a Benjamin Franklin Gold Medal, and she has been profiled in Southern Living as a "Master of Entertaining." She holds a Food Protection Manager certification and still works directly with clients on menu design and event planning.
