Couples researching vendors look for independent verification. The badge links to your listing and tells them a person — not a paid placement algorithm — reviewed your business. - How much does it cost to list my wedding business on Wedding Vendor Connect?
- Nothing. Listings are free, there are no featured-placement fees, and we do not charge per lead or per inquiry. Couples contact you directly through your own website, phone, or email — we never sit between you and a booking.
- Who qualifies for a listing?
- Wedding venues, photographers, videographers, live bands and ceremony musicians, and DJs that are actively booking weddings in South Carolina. You need a working website (or a public portfolio) our editors can verify your work against. Vendors based in Georgia or North Carolina who regularly work SC weddings are welcome if they name South Carolina in their service area.
- Who writes the listing?
- Our editors do. You submit the basics — name, website, category, region, and any pricing you publish — and we research your site, your work, and your public reviews, then write a factual profile in the same voice as every other listing. You can request corrections at any time.
- How long does it take to go live?
- Most listings are researched, written, and published within two to three weeks of submission. We work through the queue in the order received and prioritize categories where couples are actively searching.
- Can I include my pricing?
- Yes, and we recommend it. Listings that show a real starting price get compared more often, and our cost guides cite published pricing. If you don't publish pricing, the listing says so rather than guessing.
- Can I link back to my listing from my website?
- Please do. The badge below links to your profile and tells couples an independent editor has reviewed your business. Copy the snippet, swap in your listing URL, and paste it into your site's footer or press page.
