Shari Manning runs Coastal Charm Weddings from North Myrtle Beach, working as a certified wedding planner after several years assisting other coordinators before opening her own studio. The studio sells three tiers. What it markets as Day of Coordination actually begins about two months before the wedding: Manning takes over vendor communication, builds the floor plan and day-of timeline, walks the venue, and runs the rehearsal before managing the wedding day itself. Partial planning adds ongoing design guidance, a monthly reminder checklist, and unlimited access for questions on top of that coordination work. Full planning and design covers vendor sourcing, budget tracking, and design decisions from the first meeting through the last dance, aimed at destination couples and busy locals who want someone local to navigate the area's vendors.

Coastal Charm Weddings is based at 670 2nd Ave North in North Myrtle Beach and works throughout the Grand Strand. Coordination fees start at $2,000, partial planning at $2,500, and full planning and design at $3,000, with a free consultation before a customized quote. A guidance-only tier and a la carte add-ons (welcome bags, rehearsal dinner arranging, decor rentals) are also available at variable fees.
