Corrin Cater owns Evergreen Magnolia Weddings and Events, a Spartanburg-based team that also includes planner Danielle Paese and assistant coordinator Cora Luther. The company publishes two named packages rather than an a la carte day-of option: Partial Planning at $2,950 and Full Planning at $3,950, both priced for weddings within 60 miles of Spartanburg.

Every package includes the same day-of foundation: two on-site coordinators, a pre-wedding venue walkthrough, planning software with a timeline builder and floor plan designer, vendor recommendations and booking communication, one complimentary rehearsal hour, and 12 hours of coverage on the wedding day itself. Partial Planning adds ongoing guidance through the process while couples keep control of their own budget; Full Planning adds budget planning and management on top of that. Day-of coordination is not sold as a standalone product here, despite the pop-up weddings branding in the company name.

For weddings outside the 60-mile Spartanburg radius, the team charges mileage at $0.60 per mile plus lodging, budgeted around $200 a night. A 50 percent deposit secures a date.
