Crystal Williams Events

Crystal Williams founded Crystal Williams Events in 2011 after more than 20 years working in hospitality, bartending, and event management. She runs the business herself out of the Greenville area, and says roughly 60 percent of her clients plan their wedding from out of state, which has shaped the business around virtual discovery calls and remote-friendly coordination.

The site lists two core offerings: day-of coordination and full-year wedding planning, along with a free downloadable day-of preparedness checklist for couples still deciding what level of help they need. No package pricing is published on the site itself, so couples need a discovery call to get a quote.

Williams also serves the Easley area alongside Greenville. Her written blog has not been updated since 2021, but her Instagram account is active, with roughly 2,000 followers and over 200 posts, which is the clearest evidence of ongoing bookings.
