About
Kara Sinclair moved to Camden, South Carolina, from Portland, Oregon, bringing five years of full-time wedding coordination in the Pacific Northwest plus a decade of nonprofit and theatrical event work before that. She runs Cedar Rose Events out of Kershaw County, where she and her family are building a home.
The Day-of Coordination package begins roughly six weeks to a month before the wedding: Kara meets with the couple to build a timeline, confirms details, and takes over vendor coordination and design execution from there, including a rehearsal walkthrough and a full run-of-show on the wedding day, from decoration setup through the final load-out. Partial Planning starts six to twelve months out and layers in vendor sourcing, contract review, a budget or moodboard breakdown, and a venue walkthrough on top of everything in the day-of package. Cedar Rose also builds custom signage in wood, plexiglass, and vintage mirrors, and takes on non-wedding events such as showers and birthdays.
Based in Camden, SC, Cedar Rose Events publishes Day-of Coordination from $1,700 and Partial Planning from $2,000, both quoted as starting points that scale with the wedding.
