Craig Edelson books Lowcountry Events himself from an address on Station Parkway in Bluffton, and his own bio describes him as a sixteen-year veteran of the music and entertainment industry. The work shown on the site stays close to home: a reception at The Westin Hilton Head Island, a wedding at Palmetto Bluff, a first dance in Bluffton, and a barn ceremony at Wigeon Point in Beaufort.

Three services are on offer. Edelson emcees, announcing the wedding party through to the parent dances; he covers cocktail hour, dinner and reception as one audio plan; and he rents lighting packages built on fixtures that move with the music rather than sitting static. He writes about his gear at length, PA systems, soundboards, subwoofers and speakers, and says he carries backups. The site also gives couples tools to browse his music library, make requests and look for suggestions.

Coverage runs across Hilton Head Island, Bluffton, Beaufort, Savannah and the surrounding towns and islands. Booking goes through the contact form or the number on the site, and Edelson offers a free consultation on what to look for in a DJ before anyone signs.
