Debra Guglielmi has run La Bella Catering in Pawleys Island for more than 15 years, drawing on over 30 years of catering experience and recipes rooted in her Italian family background. The company has been featured by The Knot for its catering work.

Its published menu spans hot and cold hors d'oeuvres such as oyster shooters, crab dip, and coconut-fried shrimp; crisp salads; a build-your-own taco bar; and a Southern cookout section with pulled pork, roasted chicken, and sides like green bean casserole and scalloped potatoes, alongside full bar service with professional bartenders. Couples get a complimentary menu tasting for up to four people, and the company adds an 18% gratuity to the total cost rather than charging a separate production fee.

La Bella Catering is based in Pawleys Island and applies a travel fee for events more than 50 miles away. A $500 non-refundable deposit secures the date, with final payment due seven days before the event; no per-person or minimum pricing is published on the site.
