Dupre Catering & Events

Dupre Catering & Events has operated in Columbia since 1989 and is the exclusive in-house caterer for Senate's End, the multi-building wedding venue and garden property on Senate Street in the Vista.

Couples booking a wedding at Senate's End get catering, tables, chairs and servers bundled through Dupre; the company also caters off-site around Columbia and the Midlands for full-service wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners and other events. As of September 1, 2025, Dupre no longer provides bar service directly, citing updated insurance requirements, and instead coordinates with a list of licensed bartending partners, including Twist Bartending, Ed's Bartending and Middleton Bartending, each of which may require its own one-day liquor liability policy.

The company is based at 316 Senate Street in Columbia. Senate's End venue rental runs from $1,100 to $4,500 depending on building and day of the week, but that figure covers space only, not food or beverage. Dupre does not publish separate per-person or catering-minimum pricing; quotes are custom.
