The Millstone at Adams Pond

Inside, a formal room with a fireplace connects to a 53-by-24-foot air-conditioned screened porch with its own fireplace and a wraparound open deck. Outside, a front brick patio and a 55-by-50-foot back patio extend receptions toward the water, with a white-top tent available through exclusive partner Crisp Event Rentals. Southern Way Catering, the estate's required in-house caterer with more than 40 years in business, handles all menus; rentals include cocktail rounds, dining tables, and 100 Tuscan chairs. The property seats 90 for a served meal indoors, 250 for buffets using interior and exterior space, and up to 350 for cocktail-style events.

Thirty acres of moss-draped woodland sit three miles from I-77 and minutes from downtown Columbia. Published rates run from $1,800 for a weekday six-hour rental to $5,500 for a 12-hour Saturday, with ceremony setup from $350, and booked brides can schedule complimentary bridal portraits on the grounds.
