M Garden, LLC bought the Bush River Road property outright, in a sale brokered by Colliers, and runs it as a standalone event venue in northwest Columbia rather than as one bookable room inside a hotel or club. The scale suits weddings, receptions, and family celebrations.
Beyond the space itself, the venue offers catering, wedding planning support, and help booking musicians and entertainment — either as a package or assembled to order. Rates are not published; packages and any available discounts are quoted directly on request.
