Sweet Peach Planning

Megan Papageorge founded Sweet Peach Planning in 2013 in Long Beach, California, later relocating it to downtown Charleston, where it has been based for about four years. The studio has completed more than 325 weddings and events across its history.

Sweet Peach Planning publishes five wedding packages. Wedding Coordination is the entry tier, starting at $2,000 for a lead coordinator and assistant on-site for up to 10 hours, three planning meetings, and timeline and floor plan creation. Partial Wedding Planning starts at $3,500 and adds custom design, decor sourcing, budget management, and help hiring five vendors. Micro Wedding Planning starts at $3,000 for smaller guest counts, and Full Wedding Planning starts at $5,000 for venue selection, vendor hiring, and wedding-day coordination with a morning load-in. Full Weekend Planning starts at $7,000 and extends the full planning scope across two additional social events plus transportation and accommodation coordination.
