About
Before he ever photographed a wedding, Stan Petrovsky worked as a paparazzi photographer for a popular magazine — training that taught him to catch the right moment in any environment, with no second takes. He moved from New Jersey to South Carolina in 2012, opened a studio in Myrtle Beach, and now has more than 13 years behind the camera, the last seven as a full-time wedding photographer and videographer.
He and Kristina work as a two-person creative team offering photography, videography, and wedding highlight films, with combined photo-and-video coverage available so couples handle both through one studio. The style leans classic — the studio describes it as simple elegance built on traditional photo and video craft — while the paparazzi years still show in the candids.
StanWeddings shoots oceanfront Myrtle Beach ceremonies, traditional Charleston weddings, and historic mansion events across the Carolinas, and takes destination work worldwide.
