Karly Richardson Photography
Karly Richardson went full-time in 2016 only after logging more than 100 sessions and weddings on nights and weekends around a corporate digital marketing job — a deliberate, unhurried start that matches how she shoots. She works with film, and her practice is organized around the idea that a photograph matters because of the people in it, not the trends around it.
Wedding couples get engagement sessions, handmade wedding albums, and — since 2022 — access to The Studio Square, her Columbia studio space, at no extra charge. Beyond weddings she photographs families and business branding, and she teaches: her Capture Better Photos course launched in 2020, alongside a blog and newsletter on organizing and preserving photo archives.
Based in Columbia, she photographs weddings across the Carolinas and into Georgia. Pricing is shared on inquiry.
