A Wedding by the Sea
Charlie Schroeder grew up on Hilton Head Island and now officiates weddings for A Wedding by the Sea, the family business his mother Kati Schroeder runs from their Sweet Bay Lane office. He has performed more than 600 ceremonies, following his father into the trade.
Couples work with Kati to book a date and choose from more than a dozen ceremony templates, then personalize the wording with readings, blessings, prayers, or a sand ceremony. The office keeps normal weekday business hours for in-person meetings ahead of the wedding.
