Casey has officiated close to 1,000 weddings in the Charleston area since 2020, according to her own site, and an August 2026 blog post recounts the milestone directly. She writes each ceremony individually rather than reading from a preset script, covering religious, secular, elopement, and vow-renewal formats.

Client accounts posted on her site describe ceremonies at Lowndes Grove, Hampton Park, the Gadsden House, Magnolia Plantation and Gardens, and a sunrise elopement on Folly Beach. Casey also handles marriage license paperwork and filing after the ceremony, so couples do not have to return county forms themselves.
