Spoon and Cake

Spoon and Cake bakes out of a shop at 2521 North Highway 17 in Mount Pleasant, offering custom cakes and wedding cakes alongside dessert tables, custom sugar cookies, cupcakes, and sourdough bread.

Standard round cakes are priced by size and layer count, published up front: an 8-inch tall three-layer cake serving 20 to 22 runs $127, and a 12-inch tall three-layer cake serving 38 to 42 runs $231.50. Tiered wedding cakes are priced individually once decor and design are set, so no flat wedding-cake rate is published. Vanilla cake and a vanilla buttercream made with real butter are included in the base price; other cake flavors (chocolate, red velvet, German, caramel, coconut, strawberry shortcake, lemonade, carrot, maple pecan, and more) and buttercream flavors (chocolate, cream cheese, peanut butter, hazelnut, lemon, and others) are available for an additional cost. Gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, egg-free, and nut-free versions are available on request.
